The next meeting of the HNPL Partners & Friends will be at 6.30 pm on Monday, June 20. We will meet in the Indiana Room at the Cicero Branch.
Proposed additions to our bylaws:
A. Audits: The Executive Board shall appoint a non-officer to audit the books at least once a fiscal year and a written report will be presented at an agreed upon general meeting.
B. Disbursements: The Executive Board shall administer all funds. All disbursements over $200.00 shall be presented to the Executive Board for consideration and over $500.00 shall be presented at a general meeting consisting of at least a quorum for consideration.
C. Applications for Funding: An application process will be used to disburse funds for special library programs, collections, and special projects. Such application shall require a written report of the outcome.
