Rules
à Photo contest is open to all residents of Hamilton County.
à Photographs may be of any general subject matter.
à Photos may be in black & white or color.
à Photos should be no smaller than 8” x 10” and mounted on mat board only. Mat board may not exceed 16” x 20”. No frames permitted.
à Each photographer may submit 2 photos. Only 1 prize will be awarded to a contestant.
à Entries will be accepted at HNPL Cicero from Monday, July 28—Thursday, July 31 between 10 am and 8 pm. Judging will be Friday, August 1.
à Photographer’s name, address, telephone number, and contest division must be attached to the back of the photo. A description of the photo’s subject should also be given.
à Photos may be reclaimed at HNPL Cicero after 10 am Saturday, August 30, and must be picked up no later than Saturday, September 6.
